You Were Never Meant to Do This Alone

Many youth pastors are lone rangers, working mostly on their own to minister to students. But when you start to connect with the youth pastors in your area that share your passion for youth ministry, you begin to realize how valuable these relationships can be, and how they even enrich your own ministry.

You weren't built to "do ministry" all on your own. Ministry is meant to happen in a community, both with the Lord and with others. The impact one pastor or leader can have is multiplied when they are part of a vibrant community of like-minded pastors and leaders.

The common threads that should tie communities of youth pastors together is a commitment to each other, a commitment to ministering to students, and a commitment to the Lord.

None of us are in it for ourselves. It's not about who can grow the biggest youth group, but working together for the team. It's not about sheep stealing, but doing whatever it takes to see God work in our students' lives.

Called to Youth Ministry has partnered with the National Network of Youth Ministries to help Next Level Partnership participants go deep with local communities of youth pastors no matter where you live.
