Transitional Leadership for Youth Ministry: Take Time to Reflect (Part 5 of 7)

This is part five of the 7-part series I posted on my blog, dedicating real estate to blogging through the transitional process--announcing departure, setting up systems for success, remembering the work God has done, looking into the future, etc.

Creating Safe Places

The privilege of joining God at work can become an overwhelming mission.  If we are not cautious we will abandon the mission midstream. Creating Safe Places that secure your spiritual, emotional & physical stability are vital!

Direction: Finding Guidance and Peace

Workaholic in Youth Ministry. I’m a workaholic. Just ask my wife.

She’ll tell you about the countless times I make us just a few minutes late, or how she’s usually the one waiting for me to get ready for bed, because I want to “get a few more things done.”

As I spend time with youth pastors and others that love youth ministry, I find that similar urge, that drive to do something.
