Give Them Some Time Off!
Jennifer Winn is an event planner for non-profit and cause-centric organizations. She's got some great advice that even youth pastors need to hear:
Too often at events we pack the schedule so full that the attendees do not have any down time. That can be overwhelming to the attendees and often cause people to skip sessions so they have some time to themselves to process all that they are learning.
